We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage the company’s IT infrastructure. This role involves ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of servers, networks, and cloud services to support business needs.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for deploying and maintaining physical and virtual infrastructure, monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance. Collaborating with other teams to plan infrastructure upgrades and ensuring data backup and disaster recovery processes are also part of your duties.
Preferred Skills
Strong expertise in server administration, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms (such as AWS or Azure) is essential. Experience with automation tools, scripting, and security best practices is highly valued. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are important.
Education
A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred. Professional certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
