System Support Engineer

We are looking for a System Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring system stability, and assisting users to keep business operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
You will diagnose and resolve IT problems related to servers, networks, and workstations. Your tasks include installing and configuring software, monitoring system performance, applying updates and patches, and supporting end-users with their technical issues. Collaboration with other IT teams is key to maintaining optimal system functionality.
Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking fundamentals, and system security is essential. Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and basic scripting is preferred. Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are important for this role.
Education
A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus. Previous experience in a support or helpdesk role is beneficial.
